Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredents:

1 can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil

Directions:

Beat eggs; add sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

3 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick margarine (or butter)
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix cream cheese and margarine. Add milk, vanilla and powdered sugar. Frosts a huge pan of pumpkin bars.
